Rules That Protect Every Player

1 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use ph365orig, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are physically located in the Philippines.
• You are registering as an individual, not on behalf of a company or third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from ph365orig or any related platform.
• You are registering only one account. Registering multiple accounts for any reason — including to claim multiple new-account bonuses — is prohibited.

ph365orig reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds until the matter is resolved. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate permanent account closure.

2 Account Management and Security

You are solely responsible for all activity on your ph365orig account. This includes:

• Keeping your username and password confidential at all times.
• Never sharing your OTP or any authentication codes with anyone, including people claiming to be ph365orig support staff.
• Logging out of your account on shared or public devices.
• Notifying ph365orig immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

ph365orig will never contact you via unsolicited calls, texts, or emails asking for your password. If you receive such a message, do not respond and report it using the contact details on this page.

ph365orig accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or lending your account to another person is not permitted and may result in account termination without return of funds.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

All financial transactions on ph365orig are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). There are no currency conversions — what you deposit in PHP is what you wager with, and what you win is credited in PHP.

Accepted deposit channels include Philippine online banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets where available. All deposits must originate from a payment method in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned less any transaction fees incurred.

• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per channel and are displayed in the Deposit section.
• Withdrawal requests require a fully verified KYC account. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method matching your registered identity.
• Processing times vary by channel — please allow reasonable business time for bank transfers to reflect in your external account.

4 Betting and Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or starting a game session on ph365orig, you accept the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ph365orig does not accept requests to cancel or modify a confirmed bet except where the platform's own cash-out or void policies apply.
• Winnings are calculated and settled based on the official result of the event or game round. For sports, ph365orig follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body or competition organiser.
• In the event of a technical fault or system error during a game round, ph365orig will investigate and settle the bet based on the available data. In cases where a fair result cannot be determined, the bet stake will be returned to the player's account.
• For live casino games, decisions made by the dealer are final once the round is closed on screen.
• Slot game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Each spin is independent — past results do not influence future results.
• eBingo draws are conducted using a certified draw system and results are final once the draw is complete.

ph365orig reserves the right to void bets if there is reasonable evidence of match manipulation, corrupted data feeds, or fraudulent activity affecting the event outcome.

5 Promotions and Bonuses

From time to time, ph365orig may offer promotions, bonuses, free bets, or other incentives to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all such offers:

• Each promotion has its own specific terms, which will be published at the time the offer is made. Players are responsible for reading and understanding those terms before participating.
• Bonuses are subject to eligibility requirements. Attempting to claim a bonus for which you are not eligible — for example, by registering multiple accounts — is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Specific wagering requirements will be stated in the promotion's terms.
• ph365orig reserves the right to modify or withdraw a promotion at any time if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph365orig and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and possible referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or using stolen identity documents for KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds to generate gains that would not be possible under normal platform operation.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any game format where such collaboration creates an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.
• Registering or operating an account on behalf of another person.

7 Account Suspension and Termination

ph365orig may suspend or close an account at its discretion if:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Requested KYC documents are not provided within a reasonable timeframe.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and the player has not responded to reactivation requests.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting ph365orig support. In cases of voluntary closure, any remaining balance after the settlement of open bets will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to standard processing times.

8 Limitation of Liability

ph365orig provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to ensure uptime, accuracy of odds, and correct game outcomes, ph365orig does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for losses resulting from:

• Internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Platform downtime for scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, power outages, or government-ordered service restrictions.
• Errors in data feeds from third-party providers where ph365orig acted in good faith on the information received.

In all cases, ph365orig's liability to any individual player is limited to the value of the bet stake in dispute. ph365orig is not liable for indirect losses, loss of anticipated profit, or any consequential damages.

9 Privacy

ph365orig collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with that policy. Key points include:

• Your data is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and platform improvement.
• ph365orig uses SSL encryption to protect data in transit.
• Your personal data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

10 Changes to These Terms

ph365orig may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account, or via an in-platform notice upon next login. Continued use of the platform after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree with a change to these Terms, you may close your account before the effective date of the change. Remaining balances will be returned in accordance with the withdrawal policy described in Section 3.
